Where should I log in?

Hi,

Recently I've downloaded Microsoft 365 Personal on my computer using the Apple Store. I wanted to try a free trial for a month. Today I received a notification saying that I have paid 3, 490 rubles for an annual subscription I have no intention to purchase it. Now I want to request a return, and I cannot get by which e-mail I need to log in, cause there's no account on the Microsoft platform, though I used this particular e-mail when I downloaded the app from my computer.

Can you help me? Or should I address my question to Microsoft Support?
