Apple TV Library is missing purchased content from Apple 4K TV

The Apple 4K TV app had been acting buggy as I was reaching 2,000 purchased content on the movies section. At first it would take a long time to load the movie titles and would freeze. I thought I'd try signing out of the device and resigning in, but now it appears I've lost all content as a message appears that I have no purchases content. I am however able to view the purchases through the purchased tab on movies and tv to access them, but now anytime I access the TV Library app no content shows. I've tried resetting back to default and nothing. Not sure what to do.
