On my 6 generation iPad software 15.1 When attempting to set up a folder in a mailbox I get a note saying Unable to create mailbox. The mailbox couldn’t be created on the server. I’ve tried many times for about a month. What do I need to do?

If your email provider supports a web interface, you may be able to create the folder in that interface, or it may give a more specific error message.
