Paying for additional storage…..haven’t received storage.

I’m paying for additional iCloud storage, but I haven’t received said storage. My bank statement reflects 4 month’s payment but the linked Apple receipt references my mother’s email address. How can I get my storage for MY iPhone?

Buying iCloud+ storage I’ve bought an iPhone 14 and want to give my 13 to my partner, who is still running an iPhone 6. He can’t back up his data to the free 5GB so has attempted to buy 50GB at £0.79 per month. We seem to be stuck in a loop of clicking the button to buy, getting a message that the card has been verified at the bank then the same screen shows with the button gone and the pinwheel rotating. We have left it plugged in to the mains for 24 hours and nothing changes. No charge has appeared on the bank account. Any ideas what’s going on here? Help please

iCloud Storage I obtained an Iphone XS a few years ago and as a result had upgraded our family plan. At one time, prior to getting this phone, I had run out of iCloud storage and was paying $1.48 per month to have increased storage. I have continued to pay for this additional storage eventhough my plan had been updated, thus I understood that my storage would have also been updated. In October 2021, my visa had expired and I did not update my Payment & Shipping with the new expiry date (now completed) thus I am now receiving messages that I have run out of iCloud storage. Can you please advise if I need to pay for the increased iCloud storage with this current phone and plan? Thanks Cathy

Purchased 2TB of iCloud storage but it’s not showing up. Purchased 2TB of iCloud storage but it’s not showing up. And my debit card been charged but haven’t received an e-mail receipt. I have tried signing out and reboot my iPhone but nothing worked. All of my 2 iPhones and Macbook are stills showing 200G plan. Please help me resolve this issue Thanks

Go to Settings > Apple ID > iCloud > Manage Storage > Change Storage Plan

Provided you are logged into your device with your Apple ID, the iCloud storage will be reflected on your account and accessible by your devices.
