if you mean encrypted password for your itunes backup then you can't use the backup.
but see if this helps Disable iOS backup encryption - Apple Community

I don't want to restore an old backup, I want to make a new one but can not set a new password that I know, so would not be able to restore and would be wasting my time. I did the reset to disable the iOS backup encryption but it is still enabled.
I have the same issue. When I tried to reset the network setting, it seems that there is nothing changed on my phone. When I connect to the mac and try to remove the encrypted backup password, it still asks me to provide it.
I am glad that you figured out your password!
For anyone else that is following or comes across this thread..
the problem here is that the Apple support article is not up to date.
(support article shown under Related Article at the top of the page)
In the section
If you can’t remember the password for your encrypted backup
item #2 where it says 'Reset Network Settings'. This is not correct. You need to select 'Reset All Settings'
Then the procedure will work. Tested myself. It also does not mess with your Home Screen layout, just resets your wallpaper.
I am reporting this in the proper place so that the article can be updated
The link provided is what I followed also and the encrypted backup password is not removed. AND you have to have the password in order to disable the backup encryption. :-/
I finally managed to guess the password.
