Face ID and screen and sound
Hi! My face id hasn’t worked for a long time. No sound or vibrations work on my phone. I have an iPhone XR BTW

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities! It sounds like you have issues with Face ID, sounds, and vibrations not working on your iPhone. The good news is we have a few articles you can check out to troubleshoot the issues:
If Face ID isn't working on your iPhone or iPad Pro
If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker
For the vibrations issues:
- Turn off Attention Aware features: About Attention Aware features on your iPhone X or iPad Pro
- Check the following settings:
- Settings > Accessibility > Touch > Vibration, make sure this is set to "On".
- Settings > Sound & Haptics > Vibrate on Ring, make sure this is set to "On".
- Settings > Sound & Haptics > Vibrate on Silent, make sure this is set to "On".
- Settings > Sound & Haptics > System Haptics, make sure this is set to "On".
