Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
When I "Tap to Download," it changes to the download progress circle for a split second and returns to the "Tap to Download" appearance. I'm able to view old attachments on my Mac, so I know it's not corrupted on the iCloud servers, or something. I've tried signing out of iCloud and resetting network settings.

Can you confirm if this is happening on one network, or across multiple networks? If you haven't tried yet, what happens when you use a different Wi-Fi network?

Can you tell us more about your set up? Specifically, what device and software version are you trying with? To rule out the possibility that it is your network, or interference, go ahead and try with a different Wi-Fi network and let us know if it still occurs.

Considering it happens on my home network and my cellular network, and I have no other network issues, I don't think it's a network issue. I think I've tried it on another wifi anyway. Can we skip that step for now?
I don't know why it's fixed, but it's fixed.
