2 Apple IDs for different countries

Hi,

My long standing Apple ID is from my home country of the UK, and I have multiple subscriptions inc Apple Music, that I do not want to have to cancel. I retain a UK bank account so can continue to pay from there.

But I also want to set up an Apple ID in the Netherlands where I currently spend half of my time, to access certain apps that are country specific for my phone and iPad. Can this be done, having multiple IDs for different countries, purely for local app access?
