Is it possible to transfer a subscription to another apple id on family sharing?

You can't "transfer" as such, but if this is a family level subscription that can be shared (such as an Apple Music family plan, or Apple One), have another member of the Family Sharing group take out a subscription at that level and then you can cancel yours.
