Iphone 7, Unable to Activate

I have an Iphone 7 that worked fine.

I did an update and now it doesn't open, not even to use wi-fi. "UNABLE TO ACTIVATE" appears on the screen and a single option "SHUTDOWN" appears at the bottom.

I have been trying to overcome this problem for 3 days but unfortunately without success.

Please help me to overcome this problem.

You need an computer (macOS or Windows OS).
