How to cancel a subscription for an app that was free

Hello,

How do I cancel a subscription that I didn’t purchase? I downloaded the “Beauty plus” app because always it was free.I didn’t upgrade it after .

Since that day I downloaded the app immediately I deleted the app and later I received an email with the billing problem.

How can I solve this?
