When am I getting my refund?

on the website https://reportaproblem.apple.com/status I submitted a request for a refund for the purchase, he wrote that the money was returned to the card from which the purchase was made, although no money came. What should I do?

Refund accepted by Apple but I have not received money back. Apple has confirmed my refund but 3 days have passed I still have not seen the refund in my account. The payment method in my Apple ID is Master Card. Can you let me know when will I get my refund?

Refunded When i check the report site of apple, check status of claim it said “Your original payment method has been refunded for this purchase”. So is this a success or approved ? And if success when Will i get The money back? Thank u

Refunds to most payment methods may take up to 30 days.
