Can't Download Apple News on iPad

My Apple News app is downloaded on my iPhone, but can't do so on my iPad. When I go to the App Store from within my iPad, it says "Open" instead of "Download". When I click "Open" it says "Restrictions Enabled". My restrictions are all disabled and I have tried other measures to try to solve this issue but haven't been successful.

Any advise?

If it shows Open, it means it's already installed. If it says restrictions are enabled, then there's something enabled. T

Go to Settings->Screen Time, and check App Limits,

Navigate to Content & Privacy Restrictions->Allowed Apps and see if its set to not allowed,

Go to Content Restrictions form there and see under Allowed Store Content->Apps and see if the age range is above +12 I think it requires.

thanks,

The thing is that even when it showed as 'open' in the app store i don't see the app on my device and not any result in the search..

I followed your instructions but i haven't see anything that can restrict my activity.

probably it is a bag in system?

i can't delete and re-install, on my iphone device its working well..
