Is there a way to turn off App Library?
It is annoying that people next to me can see the big icon apps that I have on the phone and it is extremely hard to swipe it back… I cannot tell you how many times I tried to swipe back to home screen only for the search library to appear.
Anywhere in settings to turn it off?

No, sorry, there is no way to remove the App Library.
While you’re in the App Library, try swiping up from the bottom of the screen to go to the Home Screen. This works just as well from the App Library. You can also drag your finger over the Home Screen dots (between the Home Screen and dock) to switch pages.. you don’t actually have to swipe on the Home Screen anymore.
You can simply not go to it and use it if you don't like it.
You need to manually swipe all the way to your last Home Screen to see it. So unless you actually do that, you never ever have to see it. It's as good as disabled.
