Romania Apple Products responsible contact

Hello,

In Romania unfortunately we do not have official Apple stores, the products are sold thru reseller.

Unfortunately one of the resellers in Romania does not handle properly its orders and the customers. Customers order and pay for the products but orders are not delivered, or the products show as in stock and we submit the order after 2 days telling us they do not have any products available, or they do not provide any delivery date for weeks, no emails, no communications, no updates.

Therefor, I am looking for a contact person who handles the resellers agreements for Romania, to whom we as Apple customers can provide feedback and ask for help for our orders with this reseller.
