Change activity rings

Is there a way to set my activity rings for specific days? I would like to account for rest days.

On an apple watch there is no such thing as a rest day,badges and awards are calculated over a 7 day week.

Changing the hours that the Activity app resets each day? I usually go to bed between 4 and 5am and get up between Noon and 1pm.
