Change activity rings

Is there a way to set my activity rings for specific days? I would like to account for rest days.

Changing the hours that the Activity app resets each day? I usually go to bed between 4 and 5am and get up between Noon and 1pm. I hate that the Activity app resets at midnight, in the middle of my day. Can I change that so it resets at 7am? That way it resets while I sleep like people who typically work 8-5. Otherwise, tracking my activity is pointless.

Activity Ring Competition Can I change the daily point total when competing with my friends on the activity ring competition? The max is 600 points per day/4,200 per 7 days.

On an apple watch there is no such thing as a rest day,badges and awards are calculated over a 7 day week.
