Trouble adding event tickets to wallet

When I click on the Add to wallet icon, it tells me it is having trouble loading my tickets and to try again. I’ve tried several times and get the same reply. What to do?

Apple wallet issues? Hello. i cannot add tickets from ticketmaster to my apple wallet. I have deleted the ticketmaster app & re-installed and also forced close the wallet & opened it again but it is still not working. I have tried turning on & off my phone but that doesn’t work either. I’ve also tried logging onto ticketmaster website using both safari & chrome but i cannot get anything to work with the wallet. What can i do to fix this issue?

Some things you can try. Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.

Try a restart.

Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch *

Try a forced restart.

Reset Device. -
