Apple wallet issues?

Hello.

i cannot add tickets from ticketmaster to my apple wallet. I have deleted the ticketmaster app & re-installed and also forced close the wallet & opened it again but it is still not working. I have tried turning on & off my phone but that doesn’t work either. I’ve also tried logging onto ticketmaster website using both safari & chrome but i cannot get anything to work with the wallet. What can i do to fix this issue?
