Idea’s Anyone?….

Why am I on a family share plan with Apple…we’ll probably because t mobile sucks and I’ve never experienced anything like this before but I have virus’ on both my computers and t mobile sends me to Apple for hardware issues then Apple sends me to t mobile so I don’t think any company know. I’ve had EIGHT different SIM cards and they not only have me on family share (when I have no family) but on a military plan. Any advice other then the obvious which would be switching my service would be very useful.

Based on what you've said, it's a carrier issue, not an Apple issue. The carrier maintains the cellular plan. It wouldn't be a hardware issue as the plan that you are on is not affected by the phone that you use.
