problem accessing outlook from ipad pro

I have an ipad pro with lastest operating system.  Every time I try to log into my

outlook email I get this message:


"Something went wrong.  There was something that went wrong with the

application. Please refresh your browser window to continue."


Even after I refresh my browser I keep getting the same message.


I am able to log into outlook from my mac book pro

via the same internet wireless location as the ipad.


Any suggestions are appreciated.

I asked outlook for advice and they suggested I try firefox instead of safari. I do have the latest ipadoS on the ipad, and now i am just going to outlook.com as I always have. When I used firefox I was able to get into the outlook email without the restrictive message I received earlier. However today when I tried to use firefox, it keeps shifting to google in the search bar. I went to firefox settings and selected it to be the default browser, but when i click on the firefox icon it goes to google. Please advise on how to keep it from switching to google. Thank You

i get the same results/problem whether i have used the app downloaded or go to outlook.com. I get this message: "Something went wrong.  There was something that went wrong with the

Also I see no "Aa" button next to the search bar.


This problem only began last week. Any other ideas?
