Apple Watch series 7 taps every second

Hello,

I just bought an Apple Watch series 7 GPS and at random times the Watch will start tapping me every second, keep the face on all the time and if I go to app view it will cycle the apps as it vibrates. I don’t know if it’s a bug or I have something turned on.

Did you turn on Taptic time?

From your iPhone>Watch>Clock>Taptic Time>Toggle this off

I have the same issue and topic time is not turned on. Tap every second is not an option in that section.
