Do I have to pay a negative Apple Cash balance and what will happen if i don’t?

"If you have a negative balance on your Apple Cash Card, we may deduct
the negative balance amount from a P2P Transfer or Disbursement that you
receive or from any other Apple Cash Card you register with us. If you
have a negative balance on your Apple Cash Card, we may also require you
to load funds onto your Apple Cash Card with a Supported Payment Card
before you can perform additional transactions with your Apple Cash
Account. You should get a receipt at the time you make a transaction
using your Apple Cash Card. However, you may not get a receipt for some
small transactions."
