Family Sharing says that family information is not available

My question is why does it say that family information is not available ,I haven’t done anything to change that and now I need family sharing to enter a family Apple Music plan .

If an app or feature on your device is not working, it may have been disabled using Screen Time, or by an IT administrator if you are using a device owned by an employer or educational institution.
