Family sharing

My Apple ID account page on my phone is showing "family information is not available". I'd like to use Apple Music family account and can't get this set up. Is there another place to set this up?

Have you tried signing out of the Apple ID account page, restarting the device, and then signing back in to see if the family information becomes available?
