During Mindfulness reminders - how to breathe only?

In the new OS 8, mindfulness reminders would ask me to begin a reflect session. Since I’m not a big fan of reflecting, I would like to go back to the good old days in OS 7 where my watch would only remind me to breathe, not reflect. How do I do that?

From your post we can see you're using the Mindfulness Reminders and would like to use Breathe but not Reflect.


You can do this already. Check this out: Use the Mindfulness app. When you receive the reminder, you can just select Breathe, Reflect or even Fitness+ Audio Meditations if you have the subscription. You can learn more about this additional feature here: Listen to guided Meditations on Apple Watch (Apple Fitness+ subscription required). For you, you can just stick with Breathe by using the Digital Crown to scroll to it, but you now have other options to try on.
