Gmail app on iPhone 13 Pro

I’m have recently purchased iPhone 13 Pro and cannot access gmail account through app. I have restarted iPhone, removed and reinstalled app but still can’t get it to work.

i have an iCloud and hotmail account and the gmails shows in that. I can also access gmail through web login.

when tapping the app i am asked to sign in, this is where the problem starts because it won’t go further than that so I can’t even put my user name or password in! I have latest IOS update installed ii can’t get any further that the set up email. It’s non responsive

please could anyone help?

Did you get it fixed? I logged into Google app and GMail app started working

Start by deleting the app and re-installing it.

Are you saying you can't access Gmail through the built in Apple Mail app? Or through the Gmail app you downloaded from the App Store?

I can verify that the Gmail app works just fine on the iPhone 13 Pro. It works for my account, and also on my iPad Pro 11. As Johnathan states, contact Google for assistance.
