Bluetooth earphones keep activating Siri even if disabled

I recently bought earfun air pro Bluetooth earphones. They’re great, except for one thing: they randomly activate Siri when my phone is locked. The sound is very loud so I have to take off the buds quick so the bip doesn’t destroy my ears. I tried disabling Siri in my phone’s setting, but it doesn’t work. I already made 2 pocket calls today, it’s very frustrating.

do you know how I could permanently disable Siri or any voice command? I don’t use such features anyway.

thanks a lot,

Hello Fpmx,

Thanks for reaching out in Apple Support Communities.

We're happy to help out with Siri. You should be able to turn off Siri if you are no longer wanting to use this feature. See Change Siri settings on iPhone for details.

For your earphone, you will want to reach out to the manufacturer and see if they have suggestions for settings that you could possibly change if needed.

Reach back out if you still need help.

Cheers!
