Find old phone data
I got a new phone but I need my old phone information. How do I retrieve it if has been deleted.

Did you make a backup of the old phone? You can restore from your backup. (https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204184).
What was deleted? Is anything still at iCloud.com?
Otherwise, your data is likely lost.
