Apple Music Not Working

So all the music on my music app is gone, and if i try to download or even just listen to any music on there, it says “Cannot Connect”, and when I hit retry, it instantly says “Cannot Connect” again. I still have an apple music subscription, my phone is complete up to date, I’ve restarted my phone, turned “show apple music” off and back on again, and so on. I do not have the “sync” option under music in settings that a lot of websites have told me to turn off and on, and the storage of my music has completely disappeared from my icloud storage in my settings. All of my music is still available on my MacBook, even after i logged out and back into my icloud on it to make sure it just hadn’t disappeared yet. But on my phone, the music is completely gone and i have no option to re-add it or do pretty much anything.

Follow up, the music isn’t available on my MacBook anymore either.
