Can I buy an iPad in Singapore and use in UK

Going to Singapore next month and prices for iPad are better than UK so thinking of buying one to bring back and use in UK.
Does anyone have any hints, tips, information for me to go through before making a final decision.

Yes it will work fine. They are not locked to carriers so if you buy a 3G model you just need to buy a UK SIM when you get back.

Dixons at Heathrow was selling them tax free last time I went through there. May be worth comparing the prices.

Hi,

I am also too going to Singapore soon and plan to get an iPad Mini there and bring back to UK. Will there be any duty or tax need to be paid on arrival in the UK?
