Non-Apple device?
How do I sign in to Apple TV using a non-apple device? I created an Apple account -- I've got a log in and user name but I'm unable to start a free trial membership to watch TED LASSO! GOOD GOOD THAT'S ALL I WANT IN THIS WORLD!

if appletv+ is available in your region then going to Apple TV+
clicking on sign in in the upper right corner and providing your appleID and password should allow you to view
if not then if it was me then I would attempt with another browser seems many have success with microsofts edge browser
