Why does it say my App Store and iTunes account is disabled? When I just updated my phone successfully and all my apps are still working

My App Store won’t let me download new apps or update old ones. But all the apps are working fine. And I just updated my phone. It’s saying my account was disabled. How do I fix it

If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes", or "You cannot login because your account has been locked" (it points to the same document), click here and read what to do ➞ https://support.apple.com/HT208856
