Trade in

Just realized that there’s a time frame that you have to send in your trade in. Are you able to request an extension or are you still able to send it in after the given time frame?

I was wondering, when it comes to initiating a trade-in for a shipped online purchase, when does the 14 day timer on sending in the item to be traded in start? Is it as soon as the purchase is made, or is it from date of receipt? trade in I received trade in box a few days ago, Oct22. The procedure to trade in is send back within 14 days. However my order will be received Oct 28(estimate). I only have a week to send back trade in. Is there any chance to get a grace period for a week? Order number W868047942
