Iphone sync Apply button greyed out.

Hi,


Have the latest software installed on both iPhone XR and Mac (Monterey). The first time i synched, i trusted the device on computer and got the coloured status bar in finders sync window along with the Apply button. But now whenever i try to sync, it shows the apply button as greyed out and status bar is always running the sync. I can't get the apply button to angry even if i make changes in albums selected.


I even let it completely finish a few times, but it still doesn't allow me to click it. The step 4 of syncing takes a long time as well.


Would appreciate any help in getting the sync function running smoothly again.

To begin, try the steps here: If you see error -5000, -69, 13010, or 13014 when you sync music from your Mac
