Text overlapping in Iphone 11

I have the same issue, using an iphone 12, i recently returned a iphone 12 mini, with the same issue. My old iphone 6 does not have this issue at all. I've deleted the app, restored my phone and this time, I am using the app as new, without transferring any back messages. Still have the same issue, on my new phones.

I am seeing the same issue in multiple applications and even in various websites viewed in Safari. It’s something that only started happened recently (couple of months) but I feel it’s more likely to be iOS 15 than my new iPhone 12.
