AirPod Pros not working!

I have Airpod Pros that have stopped working/connecting to any of my devices. I have followed all of the reset directions. When I try to "Forget Device," the option is grayed out. When I try to reconnect, I get an error message or just a red exclamation point. Help!

AirPod pros won’t connect I was having trouble connecting my airpod pros today after having used them yesterday for several hours, connected to my iPhone 12. Today I attempted to connect an they wouldn’t. I followed the troubleshooting and ended up in the Reset step. The charging case is blinking white but it’s showing up on any of my devices to pair with when I place the AirPods near or if I look in the Bluetooth settings. Please advise how to proceed with reconnecting.

Find an Apple Authorized Service Provider.
Make an appointment at an Apple Retail Store.
Contact Apple Support.
