calendar alarm setting would be nice

Looking for a alarm that goes off for a calendar event and has to be shut off just like when you set a alarm setting. With the existing system with calendar when the alert goes off and you don't hear the single ping thats it your toast !!!!!

No “daily” option for repeat alarm! Under the “repeat” menu, all I see are options for the particular days of the week. There are no “daily” or “weekday” options. How do I set an alarm to go off every day without setting 7 separate alarms—one for each day of the week?

You could set multiple reminders for the event.

Nice solution

You could get an Apple Watch. It would be hard to miss the chime and haptic feedback when you are wearing it on your wrist. Take advantage of the holidays discounts if you are considering it.
