No disk select for install OS X Yosemite

I am trying to factory reset my MacBook Pro and I’ve hit a wall… there is no disk to select to install OS X. I’m not a Mac person so any advice would be very, very helpful!! Thank you!

If macOS 10.13+ is installed, then the Yosemite installer will not be able to see the new APFS volume used by macOS 10.13+. Or the internal drive may have failed if you don't see the physical drive which should be the top most item on the left pane of Disk Utility and is usually identified by the make & model of the drive.
