iPhone 5 stuck on Apple logo, won’t turn off after hard set. What else can I do? Right now it keeps going from logo to black screen to logo.

If your iPhone is having an issue and you have already tried restarting/resetting it, contact Apple Support: Get Support. Also, though I assume you've tried the solutions on this page, you could try these: If your iPhone won't turn on or is frozen - Apple Support. Hope this helps.
