Disable Focus Notificaions

Hello,

I just created a new Focus, that will be activated when I use two apps (PyCharm, Notion). I cannot switch between these two apps without losing the focus and then getting it again. I don't care, whether the focus stops for half a second, but the real problem are the focus banners. I cannot disable the focus notifications so each time I move my cursor on the menu bar the focus is lost and I receive a banner notification which is pretty bad. How can I disable focus notifications?
