iPhone Face Tracking Failed in Memoji app

I am having trouble with the True depth camera in the messages app. Whenever I try to use a Memoji or create one with face tracking, I get "Tap to resume" and "Face tracking failed. Tap to retry." I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max on iOS 15.1.1 . I'd appreciate any help.

Face recognition The face recognition feature on my iPhone 11 does not function anymore. It just randomly stopped working one day and I keep receiving a notification saying that the face recognition feature is unavailable (refer picture). I have tried restarting my phone multiple times and even changed my tempered glass one time because I read that it could be because the true depth camera must be blocked. None of this worked, it keeps saying that this feature is unavailable.

First try a Forced restart
