Don’t know email or password to old account on my iPad.
How can I rest my iPad, I do not know the password or username it’s wanting.

Without the Apple ID and Password used to set up the iPad, you will never be able to use it. Activation Lock is a theft prevention feature. We cannot help and Apple will not unless you can provide the original receipt clearly showing the serial number.
