My ipad has my old apple id, old email, don't know password, can't access settings, please help.

This Apple article has instructions for what to do if you have forgotten your password --> If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support
or go directly to this link --> http://iforgot.apple.com/
Once you have reset the password you should be able to log in and edit the information to the current set.
