My iPhone continues to smell like burning metal

My iPhone continue to smell like burning metal. This started happening in September or October 2021. It was about the same time we switched to 5G but also had very conspicuous fires here. I have taken three devices to an authorized dealer and they have been cleared. I am only able to use my devices outside due to the coughing and tearing I experience. I have seen my doctor. Does anyone else have this happen?
