Pioneer DMH-1500NEX bluetooth stops working

Good evening,

I have a pioneer DMH-1500Nex head unit that the bluetooth will work only when lighting cable to head unit is not connected. When the cable is connected it disconnects head unit from my iPhone 13 pro max with iOS 15.5.1 . I am going to try replacing the anker cable tomorrow. I do not think it is the cable because maps and stored music all work with CarPlay with no issues.

iPhone 15 Pro Max Bluetooth Sound crackling and No CarPlay Connection I have the new iPhone 15 Pro Max and the CarPlay and bluetooth is not working. I have added my device to the media section on my Subaru Crosstrek 2018 car settings and successfully paired it. The sound connects via bluetooth but speeds up/slows down the music and gets all crackly and jumpy with Podcasts app and Spotify (haven't tried other apps). I also have it plugged in for a wired connection and it will not show up on CarPlay but it is charging. I am getting a new plug adaptor and will try the new iPhone cord that came in the box with the adaptor (USBA male to USBc female) as soon as the adaptor arrives. So far it is not working with my USB -C to USB-A cord which I have plugged directly into my car. With my previous iPhone 13 Pro I had intermittent CarPlay connection issues but now the iPhone 15 is not connecting to CarPlay at all. Hoping for a software update from Apple soon. Fingers crossed! =)

Bluetooth won't stay connected in IOS 13.6.1 Yesterday, I was trying to listen to music with my Bose Soundsport wireless earbuds, but they would not connect to my iPhone 8 Plus. I have had no issue with them connecting in the past. I thought maybe it was the ear buds to I tried connecting via bluetooth to a wireless speaker. Same problem except it will connect for about 30 seconds, then disconnect.....wait about a minute, then it will reconnect. Then do the same thing over and over. I know this is a problem with the IOS updates because Bluetooth never gave me a problem in the past. What is the fix for this issue? I have unpaired and repaired all of my devices and it is still doing this.

iPhone 13 Pro and Bluetooth Issues Ok, folks... I'm wondering if others have been dealing with this very same problem. My wife and I have iPhone 13 Pro phones and we BOTH connect to our car's infotainment systems (mine being CarPlay, my wife's is an older Nissan Rogue without CarPlay) and we get one of two things happening while driving throughout the city of Memphis. This happens very consistently in the same spots in the city every single day, so it's not exactly a software glitch. Here's what happens. While listening to music or podcasts during our daily commute, our phones will glitch and either the audio stops playing or it drops quality to a mono signal that sounds like an old analog telephone. When the audio changes suddenly, you have to press play to pause it for a few seconds and press play to continue at full quality. If the audio stops, you just press play to continue. I've seen the exact behavior in FIVE completely different cars with very different infotainment or stereo systems in vehicles ranging from 2010 to 2022. THIS is so freaking annoying and Apple has COMPLETELY ignored it for the past TWO YEARS that I've been talking with them about it. I have a media engineering background and my experience tells me that the iPhone 13 Pro (and probably the iPhone 13 series) has a serious shielding issue. Meaning, Apple (FoxConn) used inferior materials to shield out noise and additional frequencies that can interrupt the phone's Bluetooth capabilities. Yes, CarPlay in some cars that have wireless CarPlay use both wired and Bluetooth at the same time to run CarPlay. Otherwise, I wouldn't have any issues in my 2022 Chevrolet Blazer with this issue. In another vehicle I own, I tried disabling Bluetooth and connected the iPhone using it's headphone adapter to an AUX jack in the car. It never dropped out once while driving on my daily commute. This leads me to believe its a Bluetooth issue with these iPhones. As I said above, my wife and I BOTH have iPhone 13 Pros and it happens on both phones in 5 different cars using Bluetooth or CarPlay.
