KEYBOARD‘S POP-UP THING IS IRRITATING ME

Hello everyone, I am using logi combo touch with my ipad. When i am texting on twitter, this little thing pops up right over the send button and every time i have to slide it left by using my hands and it is irritating me. How can I remove this thing forever?

On screen keyboard popping up When I use my external keyboard for my iPad the screen keyboard pops up momentarily with every key stroke. This is causing constant typos and highly obnoxious. How do I stop this. Started with new update.
