What aren’t any of my apps (old and new) not showing on my home screen?

Why some apps are invisible from Home Screen ? Some apps became invisible from Home Screen. They are installed and shown in search but I don’t see them and can’t find how to bring them back on Home Screen.

Apps not visible can anyone tell me why my apps are sometimes not visible and I can’t access them. I feel there must be some setting that is hiding them. I have scrolled through the home screen as one respondent suggested but they are not there. Yet they are listed when I go into Settings although I can’t open them. This is causing me and my 5 year old son no end of angst! Thanks

my apps download but are hidden When I download a new app it is no longer showing up on my home screen but when I swipe left and search for it, it is there and works fine but why are they not appearing on my home screen?
