Thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities! We see that you're coming from this article: If you can’t send email on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. From our understanding, when you try to send emails, you are getting an error message that your storage is full, do we have that right? You mentioned that you've deleted several times, do you see any available storage if you go to Settings > Your Name > iCloud > Storage?
