upgrading fcp x

I am using FCP X 10.4.6 in High Sierra in MacBook Pro Mid 2010.

Now I bought an M1 Mac mini and want to transfer FCP X in it. But am unable to do so, App Store asks me to buy it.

I bought this long ago when it was on DVD. It was upgraded online to all versions.

How can I upgrade it to my Mac mini?

Or do I have to buy the new version?

If you got, upgraded, or updated it from the Mac App Store at any point, log in with the same Apple ID and click on the Purchases tab. Otherwise, click here and contact Apple.

Log into the App Store with the Apple ID used to buy the application. Go to the Account Purchased page and find the application. You should see the cloud download button. You can’t download an update from the FCP page.
